Prohibited Items

This information is part of our Terms and Conditions (Point 11).

1. The customer agrees to abide by the list of prohibited items provided by us and our agents. The combined lists are not exhaustive, and we retain the right to add any item to this list as circumstances prevail.
2. You agree not to send anything illegal, prohibited, or stolen. If unsure, contact us before sending.
3. We will not accept or handle goods such as precious stones, jewellery, antiques, pictures, human remains, livestock, pets, plants, glass, keys, liquids, pastes, personal documents, gels, or porcelain. No liability is assumed for handling such goods.
4. We will not accept goods of a dangerous or damaging nature, goods likely to harbor pests, or goods liable to taint or affect other items. Special arrangements may be considered, but removal or handling may occur at the customer's expense if deemed a risk.
5. Customers are not allowed to pack or ship the following prohibited items:
   • Aerosols or any other pressurized containers
   • Liquids, Pastes, and Gels of any type*
   • Toner Cartridges
   • Loose Batteries & Power Banks
   • Firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, explosives, weapons (including imitations)
   • Animals and Animal products
   • Human remains or ashes
   • Medical samples
   • Items requiring a temperature-controlled environment
   • Pornography
   • Prescription drugs and pharmaceutical products
   • Tobacco
   • Religious Artefacts
   • Foodstuffs, perishable, animal origin and controlled food articles and beverages
   • Packages that are wet, leaking, or emit an odor
   • Valuables and high-value items
   • Cash, credit cards, passports, or other confidential personal documentation
   • Irreplaceable items
   • Other Dangerous/hazardous goods
   • Counterfeit goods
   • Other illegal or restricted goods
6. Low-value electrical and non-standard excess baggage items (excluding those included at 11.5 on the prohibited list) may be sent at the owner’s risk. We assume no liability for such items.
7. If prohibited items are included, your shipment will not be loaded onto an aircraft and will be returned to you. No refund will be provided, and a AED250 security processing fee will be due before recollection. In some cases, your shipment could be seized, and action taken against you by authorities.
8. Compliance with aviation security protocols is essential. Faulty aerosols, lithium batteries, and flammable liquids have caused serious security alerts, leading to a zero tolerance policy. Customers are required to comply fully with regulations.
