Ship Your Luggage In 6 Easy Steps

1: Get A Instant Quote

Ship My Bag pride themselves in being transparent in both pricing and service. Select your shipping destination and view the pricing table according to the shipments chargeable weight.

2: Simple Online Booking

While on the selected destination page, click BOOK NOW to use our simple online booking form to get an exact price for your shipment within seconds. Simply enter your details you'd like your shipment collected from (The Sender), where you'd like it sent to (The Receiver), and the shipment details (Size, Weight & Value), choose your collection date, time slot then select the shipping service type with pricing then click SUBMIT BOOKING. We'll provide you with you own online account by sending you an email to access your account, track your shipment and also pay online or select cash on collection – SIMPLE!

3: Prepare Your Bags

Our destination pages will give you all the information on which items you can and can't transport to certain destinations, but in general, you should never pack aerosols, flammable liquids, or glass in unaccompanied bags and you should ensure that you have packed thoroughly for transit and that any cardboard boxes used are double walled – Need Boxes? Call our team. PLEASE NOTE: we are also unable to accept single walled cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, plastic bags, laundry bags, bin liners or similar items. Once the booking has been submitted, we will instantly assign a tracking number to your shipment that will be used throughout your shipment and is accessible from your online account on our website. Labels – NO PRINTER? DON'T STRESS! Our driver will arrange your shipment labels to be attached by our team at our warehouse during shipment sorting process.

4: We Collect

WE ACCEPT NEXT DAY COLLECTIONS WITHIN DUBAI We will send a booking confirmation and assign a driver to collect your shipment on your given date and chosen time slot. We do our best to collect your shipment within the chosen time slot but we cannot guarantee this, if our driver is going to be late we will telephone you to let you know and keep you informed. Our drivers all have their own weighing scales and measuring tapes, they will check each box/suitcase to confirm the information given during booking process is correct. If the shipment details are not correct either it weighs less or more or even the sizes are incorrect our team will make the necessary adjustment to your quote and only charge you for your shipment as is not a dirham more. PLEASE NOTE: Any price adjustments will be made directly on your shipment and any extra payment is required will be payable online or to the driver, if you have over paid we will process your refund of the overpaid amount within 24 Hours, Our team will always be on hand to guide you through the process at any point.

6: We Deliver

Your shipment delivered direct to your doorstep, that's our promise! We do our best to keep you informed with estimated delivery dates but please do understand that shipments can get delayed at customs or even with the airlines, we will keep you posted. The receiver does not need to be there to receive the shipment, anyone at the delivery address can sign for the shipment, family, friends or even hotel concierge / reception desk (please make sure the hotel are notified in advance of the delivery).
